Cancellation policy
- Kindly give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- “No shows” or cancellation made less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee.
- If you are not feeling well, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Late arrival: if you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others, whose appointments follow yours. We can be flexible at times and extend sessions if the schedule permits.
- We understand that unexpected events may take place such as, medical emergencies, car problems, snowstorms… No charge will apply.
- It is important for us to apply this policy in order to serve all our clients fairly and effectively.
